Absolutely. Maintaining confidentiality is our ethical duty. There are exceptions when there is imminent harm to your or someone else, or when child or elder abuse is involved.

Initially, I recommend weekly sessions. As we make progress and achieve your therapy goals, we will adjust the frequency.

It can sometimes feel like things are worsening temporarily because you are addressing uncomfortable or painful feelings and experiences. However, with commitment, you will experience significant improvements.

No, I am a talk therapist and do not have the authority to prescribe medication. If medication is deemed necessary, I can refer you to a psychiatrist for proper evaluation and management.
